I hate drugs!! Yes, all these 3rd world drugs, like salvia should be banned. Marijuana was brought into the west from India with that stupid pop culture group called The Beatles. I hate marijuana and all that rubbish. Thank goodness, my children did not follow this stupid Drug Culture!! They are mentally strong!!

First of all it must be clear that I have not used Salvia Divinorum, however my interest in this molecule has provoked me to thorough research. To class Salvinorin as a drug permeates with utter injustice. It is a tool for 'Spiritual Development' (A term that is of no irrelevance to the critical mass of societies at our age.) and a True Medicine for Justice... A gift bestowed from our Divine Creation, as we approach the Age of the Sublime and Awakened... We will soon become to understand what has been hidden for too many centuries. These substances of ours should be respected and dearly protected. Wasted time and money, for consumerism and war, we must support our scientists of creation, not those of destruction for... I guarantee research will discover it is benign, for it has qualities of Ultimate Divine. Shall it be used with absolute reverence and spiritual perseverance? Please seriously question why medicines of nature are made illegal scorned and shunned among us. Because we have been trained with fear, distortion, destruction, and sheer mistrust... Our Puppet Masters of Deception and the bringers of Monetary System fear the Sage, for it is a major threat to there Addiction Age.... Please Fellow Humans, be compassionate for these Beings. For they briefly escaped the Hamsters Wheel, and glimpsed the Golden Age... I plead to you dear brothers and sisters can you not see the Slavery we're in? There are answers everywhere, please just for once! Look without and without doubt look within... So I must say now Sheeple. Are we confused of the term so called outlawed? Can we not see the major commodities of our Corrupt Overlords?.... Please Dear Humans! Is it not visible to us, of the strife we are in? Do our Children and Future a Favor! It is a MUST that we should begin!... For all that shall, dispel the Heist, Please type the letters of 'Zeitgeist'. Voluntary freelance is what I do. Oh, Please dear sufferers, let us make it through!!!!!!!!! Imagine a battle field obsessed with riot and rage, then from above Salvia was sprayed. Disabling there anger they all drop to the floor, upon there awakening they question- Who, why and what, are we all fighting for?......... <<"My root bound spirit beckons you with pretty flower, Are they afraid of my knowledge or my power? I was once available to set you free. Why dear lover, do they wish to extinguish me?">> The final quote was extracted from <> by Ray Thorpe www.possibility.com

No Salvia Sage SHOULD NOT be OUTLAWED. I am 57 years old and have been drinking Sage as a TEA, every night for the past 30 something years and it has helped me with: menapause, inflammation,it helps me dream and REMEMBER my dreams, and much more. Sage should be left alone and should be used pure and fresh on salads or in hopt tea. Scientists SHOULD NOT mess around with nature BUT live it as is . because natural THINGS Do NOT cause side effects. Anna Oddestad

Since when has prohibition worked with any substance that threatens the sensibilities of those who decide right from wrong? It is tragic that those that seek enlightenment are condemned to follow drug dealers into oblivion instead of having more enlightened discourse readily available to challenge, steer and guide.... Those that seek the insights offered by indigenous medicines should seek the guidance that goes with them... It is part of the tradition of this herb that it encourages one to experience both the light and the shadow of ones being - I for one would not want to take it without the proper preparation...

I watched Dateline on the 15th of October about the HERB Sage- Salvia . i would just like to say that Science SHOULD NOT interfere with Nature, as every time I see that IT does, it is the HERB that is blamed , if there are any side effects. Sage can be drunk as a herbal tea as it has many, many benefits. I have been brought up with herbs. If it would NOT have been for Herb-Thyme I would have died of Pneumonia when I was 11 years old. My mother taught me about Herbs and the right uses of them, and I have been using them for 57 years now. I have ONLY good befits from EVERY Herb I have used. I do NOT use any drugs, only Herbs when I need to Heal myself. I am NOT COOKOO, nor strange, but what I am is, fitter, mentally and physically than most people YOUNGER than I:) I drink Sage as tea, EVERY night. I always have dreams, so that is exciting. I can tell you HUNDREDS of ways that Sage helped me but these are just a few: Menopause, memory, mental sharpness, inflammation (I have Epicondylitis), hot flushes...... My daughter has been traveling for 7 years and when she went to Africa and South America I have mixed various Herbs for her to take it, also I have written down ALL the uses for them. SAGE was specifically for the poison, if she got bitten by the Snake or Scorpion. Did you know that USA Indians have been using Sage for the snake bites? But MOST people DO not take them seriously. Anyway on all the travels my daughter has been around the world she had NEVER contracted any diseases, only one time in South America she got a little Altitude sickness, but with her herbs she recuperated the next day, while most of the travelers around her were quite ILL for many days. Anyway I wanted to share this with you. People are AFRAID of UNKNOWN and they DO not trust their OWN judgment and intuition, that is ONE of the BIG problems of this world. Sincerely Anna Maria Oddestad

One gets the distinct impression that a degree of exaggeration is going on with these clips ... like a twelve year-old sipping a thimble of baileys and then acting 'whoozy'. Come off it guys, are we really going to sensationalize another ancient medicinal plant because the kiddies play up a bit. Pysche's (and G.P.'s for that matter) prescribe far worse than that in our one-size-fits--all society.

Should salvia be outlawed? Sure - make it illegal. Only drugs which kill tens of thousands of people each year such as alcohol and tobacco should be lagalised. It would fly in the face of what passes for commonsense to legalise a drug which people only try once. Making it illegal will keep interest in it alive and make it profitable to cultivate and sell. And it'll help fill our privatised Free-Enterprise jails with petty crims and keep the shareholders smug and happy.
