Brazilian police have found a Picasso engraving stolen from a Sao Paulo museum two months ago in a daring daylight heist.

The 1933 work, Minotaur, Drinker and Women, was discovered at a house on the outskirts of the city, authorities said. It was not damaged.

The engraving was one of four pieces snatched from Sao Paulo's Pinacoteca museum in June after raiders walked in and rounded up security guards at gunpoint.

Together, they were valued at about US$630,000.

Detectives recovered the other Picasso engraving taken - The Painter and his Model - within weeks.

And earlier this month, police found Lasar Segall's 1926 painting Women at the Window, and Emiliano Augusto Cavalcanti de Albuquerque Melo's 1919 work Couple.

Three suspects have been arrested.
