MA MAR FROM ANU SAYS:02:41:01 PM Tuesday, 3rd June, 2008
As a member of Australian Burmese Community we are working together with the monks and vvolunteary organsations inside Burma and very remote areas. we have been sending our donation made by Australians and Burmese inside and the donation of rices, clothing and food have been reached to the most remoted areas. We have seen photos and we have been discussed with the monks as well as the cyclone victims how our donation had been distributed most effective ways. We have received phtos that no one seen before. So the traditional dana practice of monks is working and monks are leading again.

the junta is a regency; it is the rest of the world's institutions that are the real problem
I don't have faith in UN anymore. It is not just Burma. What about Mugabe etc. Those who have arms win.
