Spat erupts over Ledger will

A family spat has reportedly erupted between Heath Ledger's relatives after it emerged the actor's daughter Matilda may not inherit any of his fortune.
It is reported that Brokeback Mountain star Ledger, who died of an accidental prescription drug overdose earlier this year, last updated his will several years ago, before Matilda was born.
She and his former partner Michelle Williams are therefore not listed - with all of Ledger's estimated $20 million fortune going to his parents and sister - and the Aussie actor's uncles fear the pair may be left out.
Ledger's uncles, Mike and Haydn, are said to have warned Ms Williams and her father Larry not to trust the actor's father, Kim, accusing him of mismanaging their grandfather's estate.
"I'm concerned for Matilda," Haydn Ledger told News Limited newspapers. "I have concerns about the distrubution of funds.
"We spoke to Larry about Kim and his ability to manage Matilda's assets. Our concern is that it doesn't happen to another family."
